Hey everyone!

I just returned from the incredible Mardi Himal Trek, and I can’t wait to share my amazing journey with you. If you’re thinking about doing the Mardi Himal Trek, let me tell you – it’s a trip you’ll never forget! This trek is perfect for anyone who loves nature, stunning views, and meeting new people. It’s also a great option if you’re looking for a shorter trek with big rewards.

What is the Mardi Himal Trek?

The Mardi Himal Trek is an 8 to 10 day adventure in the Annapurna region of Nepal. This trek takes you through beautiful forests, charming villages, and offers incredible views of the Annapurna range. It’s often called the “mini Annapurna Circuit” because it gives you a taste of what the bigger treks offer, but in a shorter time.

My First-Time Adventure

I’m not a super-fit person. I just love hiking and exploring new places. When I decided to do the Mardi Himal Trek, I was a little nervous. But I can tell you, it was the best decision I ever made!

Each day, we walked for about 4-6 hours through beautiful trails. The first day took us through thick rhododendron forests and past small, friendly villages. The people we met along the way were so kind and happy to see us. I even learned a few words in Nepali!

Stay in Cozy Tea Houses

One of the best parts of this trek is staying in small, cozy tea houses each night. You don’t need to carry a heavy tent because these tea houses provide a warm place to rest. They serve delicious local food, and you get to meet people from all over the world. We shared stories, laughed a lot, and made new friends.

It’s All About the Journey

The Mardi Himal Trek is not just about reaching the top of Mardi Himal. It’s about enjoying every step of the way. Walking through the beautiful landscapes, seeing local life, and feeling a sense of achievement made this trek special. When I finally reached the top of Mardi Himal and saw the Annapurna range, I felt so proud and happy. It was a moment I’ll cherish forever.

You Don’t Need to Be a Pro Hiker!

I was worried at first that I wasn’t fit enough for this trek. But the guides were amazing. They made sure everyone was okay and helped us whenever we needed it. You walk at your own pace, and there’s always someone there to help you. By the end of the trek, I felt stronger and more confident.
